It was good, but not that good.
It was good, but the animation was bad, plus a battle between those two would not end in a draw, Tien would win because his power always surpassed Yamcha's ever since Vegeta and Nappa attacked Earth, and always remained higher, despite whatever level of power the Z-Fighters possessed.
