well - it's finally done
Turn up the volume!!
You should let the movie load before you start, especially if you've got a slow connection . . .

There is a story behind this movie . . .
I started to work on this movie in 2001, inspired by a great game for the N64 (perhaps you'll recognize it )
The models have a low-poly count and not textured because the most scenes are pure vector-gfx (rendered with swift3D) to keep the filesize small. Low-poly objects mean less vector areas.
After three or four scenes, it disappeared into the depths of my harddisk.
Some months later, I dug it out and added a scene . . . .
And so it continued until the movie was finished (that's now ^^).

that's why I like it so much! You can see how my 3d skills advanced during that time . . . I had to keep the original style but I put a lot more effects in the scenes towards the end of the movie . . .
Believe me if I say this flash animation cost me one hell of a lot of time! But I'm glad it turned out so well . . .

The 3D was obviously the selling point here. I am so glad that you did something so cool with it! I just loved the length of this cartoon. I felt it worked out perfectly. There was the right amount of time for everything to be going on. I am so glad you used that music.

You got a great feel for what was going on. I could totally understand the action here. It was quite intense. You even did use a few 3D effects. I'm glad this won these awards.

A tad underrated...

This is a nice mix of imported graphics, prerendered 3d, and realtime 3d. I liked how you directed all of this and put gradients to good use. However, the music was unfitting and the lack of sound effects are the only noticeable flaws in this diamond in the rough. On the other hand, the aforementioned directing, cinematography, and choreography along with the 3D skills you had more than made up for it. It's no wonder McFretN likes this.

What I like about this:
-Excellent directing and pace
-Nice use of Flat, realtime 3D and prerendered 3D.
-Proper use of gradients
-Decent spaceplane design.

What I didn't like:
-Lack of sound effects
-Unfitting music

Overall: Here's a nine for doing one of the better 3D flash submissions, Mattias. If you have the chance, you should make some more.

Star fox!

This looks so much like starfox command for the DS!
You were so inspired by Laylt wars!(it was called Star fox 64 In Japan.)

All my tens belong to you

This is a great movie, dude!

The only thing missing is story line to go with it! But on the all it was great! Matthias, it would be great if you could make another one or start a line of them. I'd back them up, if you made more of them. It would be nice to help out some how if, you did make more or didn't.

DUDE this ROCKS

I WANT MORE THIS IS THE BEST OF THE BES T BRO URE GOIN TO GO ON TO BOGGER THINGS THATS IT SAID STRAIGHT NICE ONE KEEP EM COMING :D
