It's all muffled speach. I can barely understand what they are saying. But It sounds pretty funny. Not to mention I respect that this was made almost 9 years ago. So yeah.

the voice quality is very low and almost unintelligible, but the drawing of the mans face is good, and his expressions as well.

animation simple, art work is good, audio is ripped from somewhere, sound quality is poor.

the sound quality seems to me like it was that way on purpose, i hope that's the case, but at any rate, it added to the effect, sounded like on the phone, and like yelling would sound like on most phones, so it worked out, and damn it was funny
