This was just great. Completely original, great jokes, this was nice stuff. I particularly liked the theater, the politics and especially the election. Make more man, this is VERY good.

I enjoyed the style and humor of this movie a great deal. Nice plays on sterotypes. Overall, an excellent entry.
Ha ha, rarely do I ever "laugh out loud" with these movies, but this one really made me chuckle. It started with "Parking 2" and lasted the rest of the time. I actually guffawed more than chuckled... the chuckle just lasted me the rest of the movie.
Great job depicting the difference. While I have visited both Italy and a few other nations of the EU, I hadn't really observed those differences... maybe I'm just not that observant. But it reminded me of NJ and NY compared to the rest of the states, and since many of their residents are Italian.... well, suffice it to say that your flash was very funny and to the point.
I laughed out loud several times. Very refreshing and new. Maybe do some more for other European countries?

Graphics - the graphics were simple but incredibly effective the animation is superb and everything is so easy to understand and see its superb
Sound - The music was spot on the kind of tune used suited the flash movie perfectly and the sound effects were good to

Structure - Perfectly structured and easy to follow throughout preloader but no replay but oh well you get a LOT for the filesize excellent Structure wise (apart from the replay)
Story - Fun to watch throughout dont know how true it is but I loved watching all of it really good story
Humour - Funny throughout I can see this getting in the top 10 easily if people have more than 2 brain cells
Overall I think this flash rules I never been to Italy but want to go now just to see if its true :) Someone should make one on England :)

I watched this cartoon and I loved it. Then I got back to reading this John Halas book on animation and he mentions a Bruno Bozzetto who did a film called History of Armour. Is this you??? What a wonderful case of syncronicity if it's so! Folks, this guy is an accomplished and awarded animator.

this is great. i especially liked pedestrian crossing, bus, elections, bureaucracy, coffee, mobile phone, sports, and the conclusion was great.

I'm from Chile, and this movie can be totally apliable to chileans in general. I should say that Chileans could be the Italians of America...great animation, pretty simple but really fine. There is another one that shows something about some driving lessons, that's really neat!... ok... Good lucu and keep showing that Classics

This is, by a significant margin, the only clip on NG that actually evoked any audible laughter out of me. I am an arrogant, overeducated, cynical jock/meathead. The fact that I was genuinely cracking up (especially the “Elections” segment – unadulterated comic brilliance!) is testament to the genius of this piece. Despite its outward simplicity, this bears the conspicuous mark of a veteran.

Funniest. Movie. Ever!
These Flashes display the characteristics of a true comic genius. They remind me so much of the "Warner Brothers & Looney Tunes" Cartoon shorts of the old days. The Sound effects are probably the greatest thing about these flashes, but the timing as well is flawless. What more can I say, I am adding this artist to my favorites list, and I suggest that everyone else does the same thing. This is animated humor at it's best.

French have copied the most from Italy in its history (well when it comes to language and nationalism that is). :p
This is also how Italian immigrants act over here (in a less violent way though :p, because other non-European cultures are worse), except for the agressive driving then because that's impossible over here with fines up to €1000.
For our politics it's also the same, because we have one 'dictator' named 'Elio di Rupo' who thinks that Flanders is the same is Wallonia :p.
At the end of all of this, your food makes us Europeans forget about the Italian choas.

I loved how the sound went together with the animation. It started off slow but overall I loved it!
This flash was so god damn funny! I my self am Finnish and this offcourse made this flash also funnier cause we are pretty much the opposite. Then the other thing. I'm half spanish and I would say that all this goes pretty much with spaniards too, wich aso makes it funnier. Keep up the good work! (That cafe part was pretty damn funny too! :D)

I was in Rome a couple months ago, and it's all so friggen true! The roads are sooo dangerous and things that should be simple just aren't. Like to get a metro ticket you have to find some practically invisible tobacconist's that's like four blocks away. But then you have to look at the times on the ticket to see whether you can use it again and if so how soon and it's one-time only for subways but not for busses and sometimes you don't have to use it but other times you're fined if you don't.... you get the idea.
What he didn't mention though are the pickpockets. Gypsies. They're everywhere. I think if he did I'd have given him the full ten. This guy rules anyway though.
It's like that in Egypt aswell cos i was born there. Ha ha ha this soooo funny, good work. I can't wait to see what else you have in store for us.

I saw this once in an animation festival in Brazil and everyone in the screening room found this very funny because it showed the Italians acting in a way just Brazilians. Most of the things in this movie that happen in the "Italy" scenes are actually what it's is what it’s like in Brazil, especially the traffic parts, lines, and administration. I found this really hilarious because "Europe" in this film seems so much like America if you compare it to this movie.
The animation is incredibly simple, but it is reliable to tell that doesn't matter when the main story is absolutely true, especially if you've been to Italy or Brazil. Great film, once again!

Very funny. Your graphics where simple but worked very nicely with this. The music fit this very well and like I said before it was very funny. Although I know that not all Europians act like that. Germans seem to be very nutty .(Yes, I am German)

Yay! *claps* I lived in Italy for like half a year, oh it was nearly just like that. The differences were, there are like 5 buses when they DO come, you didn't show the mopeds, or the gaintly huge diners, or that there are little or no "No Smoking areas" in Italy, just "No Chain Smoking." It was hilarious keep up the good work!

i absolutely loved this. After just coming from living in firenze, it made me miss my adopted city and friends that much more. Italy is probably one of the coolest countries and this flash hits all the points that makes Italy that much more fun and entertaining then any other european country.
the one thing you forgot was the italian way of multi tasking..... aka
riding a vespa while talking on the cell phone, while smoking and driving through dense traffic. Daily norm in rome.... :)

Scandinavian Europeans can relate to this kind of behavioral demeanor. The southern European with his passionate and sometimes hostile personality. Although this is an obvious stereotype, it is not without a sliver of truth. Italian friends of mine that saw this all laughed. Some agreed with it, but none were really upset. Afterall, it is all in good fun :-)

i've never seen anything like this with such talent, u represent the average italian pretty well.
since when do italians speak french? Plus I would of found a way to sum it up more and make it shorter also it lacked sophistacation and not as in class but it just looked kind of thrown together. How this helped

And it's really like this in Italy! The signs are stacked in the DOZENS, and they drive like crazy (yet somehow nobody ever gets hurt). Once, when I was in Sicily, we stopped at a gas station, and some guy there got out a cigarette, and needed a light. The guy working at the station walked over to him, and while we expected him to tell the other guy to put it away, he GAVE him a light! At a f!%@ing gas station! HOLY SHIT!!! XD
Italians aren't bad people, just kinda weird. The "live and let live". And that's not bad, unlike in most other places, where people = shit most of the time.
Anyway, I like all of your flash movies, but why aren't most of them on here?
I was on holiday with my family in rome and we wanted to go to a restraunt so we called a cab and when we got in WHAT THE F&£@! - The cab driver drove like a madman nearly hiting everything and the restraunt we went to was looked like the cab drivers bro's place it was like a prison so we walked out payed for our drinks (Never eat anything just had some drinks) and called another cab (this cab driver was much better) so then we went to a restraunt which was lovely by the popes house

Surprised you have gone from making cel animation for the cinema and TV to submitting flash animations to Newgrounds (I have read about your work in animation books).
This gave me quite a few laughs, and was definitely longer and more entertaining than I expected, thumbs up to you.
