Okay, I'm Jer. I run Studio Splurd, which is basically me and my friends blogging and occasionally drawing comics. For the past two years, I've been drawing a weekly comic about my crew called Backstage. Backstage was intended to perfect my comic-making skills while making my friends laugh. For reasons known only to god (a moose with dreadlocks), we developed a modest following. For that, I love life.
Now that my drawing skills have gotten good enough, I'm putting Backstage on hiatus until August so I can work on kick-starting a bigger project (www.elvesofiax.com). But I decided to go out with a bang. This cartoon is that bang. Enjoy.
