This is a true story, told in two parts. It happened to a young guy who worked with my dad, who told the story to me. I grew up in a small Australian country town and did my share of hitch-hiking to nearby towns, so in this movie I've tried to accurately portray the loneliness and eerie silence that accompanies any lone hitchHiker.

"This series can get funny..."
( I am still not watching this ) This series can get funny... Hitchhiker is also told in books... It is said that Hitchhiker was funny. This is a true story too you know? ( I am now watching this) It has very nice graphics but I think you can maybe add some voices you know..... All laughing and screaming... You gotta add some life to it. Anyways, I'll be looking for Hitchhiker 2 now...See ya!

reminds me of the time my old biuk craped out its transmission, in the middle of nowhere, and i got pissed i smashed the first thing i got my hands on, which happened to be my cell phone. i walked for three days, and was passed by about 10 cars before someone finnely gave me a lift. he was a creepy bastard and if i wasnt desperate i probaly would have waited for a different ride.
