An unfunny Clinton joke. The art wasn't too bad, and each character looked ok. The sound was sadly a poor quality version. The joke was also poor quality. Wasn't that funny. Overall not so good.

-Good-
There is quite a lot of humour in here that kept me entertained until the end, no matter how short the flash may be. There were a couple funny little lines that were decent in humor, the character detailing on President Clinton was very well done and showed some true effort. The voice acting was well done I must say, my favourite line was marijuana levels have never been higher, and neither have I.
-Improve-
The quality of animation on Clinton's character was well done but other than this there wasn't much to it. It was just Clinton remaining absolutely still with a possible reference to the Lewinsky scandel (LOL). The timing of the flash is much to short to be anything interesting, or anything that gives me a big enough replay appeal to come back to again. At times the voice acting could be difficult to hear because of how quite Clinton's voice would drop.
-Overall-
An overall good flash in my opinion, some nice character quality but not much movement within the animation, it's very short and the humour is quite dull in my opinion but worth checking out. Doesn't leave much of a replay appeal therefore not really urging me to ever come back to it. Still good though.

this is drawn well and voiced well
i think it would be better if the 2 agents were as detailed as Clinton and spears

Brentframe...I heard that name before!
I must say this was pretty good even for today. Well maybe not the BEST it's a bit of an improvement then most of the other stuff I seen back then and this is a pretty good example. I love how the guys in the background are holding up random signs was a nice touch.
That said it was okay in my book!

Kinda funny as far as the visuals go, the audio script was funny but the voice acting was not accurate.
