I like the simplicity of this quiz, but I don't like the fact that you have to start again every time.
Maybe update it with lives and the questions being in a random order, except the cat ones?
Overall good.
Well, in some cases people guess correctly and get to move on. When you have to completely start over you virtually learn every single question in the quiz, unless you're lucky and get a 100 the first or second try.
