There is a good punishment for murder: Dismemberment, followed by the rest of his life breathing / eating through a machine in a room with pictures of his victims before/after the murders. If that doesn't make him regret the crime what will?

Very good, you made my list ^^ And to DarkTowerMaster; i dont think the list the killers had and the list the goverment had was conected. As I see it, hte flash tries to show us that how we execute murderers is not so very different from how the goverment (off certain counties) do it. It's just like that quote: "Why do we kill people who kill people to show people that killing people is wrong?" My point being, there is no good punishment for murder (my own view off course).
