In the movie A young computer whizz kid accidentally connects into a top secret super-computer which has complete control over the U.S. nuclear arsenal. It challenges him to a game between America and Russia.

One change that I could think of would be like in the movie you saw how he could choose specific targets. Don't know if you ever plan to upgrade this at all but maybe you could throw that in if you have the time or enery :)
