^^Good Points^^ The artwork is very good, as many reviewers have already told you. The drawings have a ton of shading and a unique ring to them. Good coloring as well. The music goes good with a LotR themed movie too.
^^Needs Improving^^ Unfortunately, this is terribly unifinished. Nothing really at all happens, and the bulk of this lasts for about fifteen seconds. You should really complete the movie. Also, work on your animations, they aren't too smooth.

What was that? I heard music, then it was gone!!! Lord of the Rings short short short! There was no story at all, just a drum, a horse and a frodo rolling his eyes. (Rolls eyes)
