"Good Cartoon"

Could anyone identify the author or name of the music piece that plays during the disclaimer at the very beginning of this cartoon?
It is clearly a "Zeal" remix from Chrono Trigger, but it is not one I recognize from OC ReMix. Just judging from that little snippet, this version is one of the best I've heard, and I'd like to find that piece.
To get this to count as a review... I've been a long-time Bonus Stage fan and have finally made the effort to see high score. I think the animation style actually has more going for it that BS, so I'm surprised that Matt Wilson scrapped High Score. Perhaps it was simply too much work.
Great animation, as expected from Matt, although the sound breaks up in a few places.
