Shoe Guy 1 is old and shitty so don't ask about it.
To get to secret level, click under the center in the stage select until you can type. Then type 'pbwjx' and click the first level (red guy).

If the controls were better, i would have gave it better... But it was fun.. a little too repetitive though.
