--- If I hadn't read your comments, I wouldn't have realise what was meant to have happened at the end. You could have perhaps had a voice going 'ah whoops', then a short scream and a thud. So it's more obvious she slipped.
-- The font (Times New Roman?) doesn't fit the graphics too well. You should've gotten a pixellated font. Plenty of decent free ones available.
++ The girl sprite is fairly well drawn.
- The tubes have little black boxes on them. You should've made that a transparent bit in some bmp editing program. (Export as .gif, retain transparency.)
++ I like the tag
+ I like the idea of the joke.

The idea you had was a reasonably amusing one. The deliver wasn't a success though.
With a bit more thought, I'm sure you could have delivered a laugh to loads more folk.
