yes it is obvious that this will never be finished, afterall it came out 03/12/2001 and flash games, especially games as simple as this do not take this long.
but that is no reason to give it 0/10 as it will lower the ranking of the game.
as for the game itself, it is good and has made a lot of improvements over the last one but the fighting system has been lowered to simple spamming instead of what should have been a thoughtful turn based (or real time) rpg battling system.
this combined with the fact it is about 2 minutes long so i can only give this 7/10.
I dont know why I am writing this as mostlikely no one will read it and defeniately not the creator but... Oh well.

Even though this was a demo, I can see you have made some major improvements in this, like the password system, the addition of upcoming items, missions, and letting more people join your party, (Although I have to admit, some stuff in each character's biography like height and weight are useless, include a hp/mp bar and adding the feature of equipping items). The music choice should be better, there should be more than one loop, and appropriate music for each scene (when Bass and Slasher appeared, there should have been some cool action music).
The graphics should also improve, and I feel that you should make the textboxes easier to close and access. Also, I hated the English errors in the text, and the plot should have been better(Dr. Light is dying while Megaman/Link have to inspect an arrow, wouldn't it be better to search for a cure overall?)
