this could have rocked sooo much more...

... and so i thought it would.

however, the great start turned into a boring and cliche finish.

now, dont get me wrong, this blew away most shit on NG - however, that is why im being extra harsh.

if you are THAT good, then make it so all the way through.

anyway, im sure the other episodes kick major ass.

good shit overall!

robfeldman responds:

Thanks for the comments. The idea is supposed to be cliched, as it pays tribute to B horror flicks and pop culture. Thanks, though, for the decent review.

Excellent dark flash

This is very good stuff - the graphical style was great, I loved the shadowy nature of everything, and there was a real atmosphere to the film. This is helped somewhat by the sounds which added a lot, something which frequently doesn't happen. A fair deal of violence, and the beginnings of a good plotline for future episodes.

Tres Bien Drawn Masterfully

I must say that I quite enjoy your style of drawing, your outlining is done with the true inflection of a comics inker. The sound that accompanys this animation is perfect for the atmosphere, it is synced rather well eventwise.
I shall keep my eyes open for more Dr Shroud storys. Oh and as I am known as the strange Doctor of NewGrounds could I do a cameo role?

robfeldman responds:

Thank you, Doc Strange of Newgrounds!! Actually, there is a contest running where a viewer could win a cameo role. Funny that you say that.

Thanks again for the comments.
