I made this at the start of 2000. Keep in mind - it was cool back in the day, so don't expect it to kick ass...now that people have much higher expectations for every aspect of Flash games.

Hell, don't even bother to play it.

I want to see more things like this one

Until now it's the best fan movie I've see on the portal. Even if it's not the best best (but it's really good) in graphics, we can see it has been worked well until the end. All is complet and goes well, the music, the speach and the interactivity logic. Well done Will Stamper, I really would like to see more stuff as good as yours.

twenty thousand votes?

This was not voted #1 because it was oh-so-well loved by the public. It was a clear case of ballot stuffing. It had more votes than all the other portal contenders COMBINED!

Most of will stamper's work sems to be.
"What are you lookin at?"
"fuck you!"
"no fuck you!"
(obligatory gunfire)

worthy of the portal top 5?

If the movie is entitled "street life," how come the main character looks like he's from wallstreet!? the mouth movements blow, and your movements are too stiff and if the thug that you knock out earlier remembers you, how does he do that if he was asleep when you knocked him out (standing up i might add..which wasnt funny)? its a well made interactive movie, but its flawed in many ways.

Kingpin

It's still a good idea and good drawings, but it's basically a rip-off of Kingpin. It's good for flash and I'm sure a lot of effort was put into it, but still, it should be titled Kingpin, not Street Life.
