Alright guys I know I posted this before, but I fixed a couple of the things you asked me to, and now I have an improved version for your enjoyment. The full game won't be out until late this summer, but this is just about half of level 1 (Out of 5 levels).

Here's the story, so you aren't lost.
A research Space Station has just entered the orbit of planet "Drekka" they are doing studies of what they THOUGHT was a lifeless planet. They were wrong, now they are being chased all the way back to earth by the bloodthirsty Drekkans. Enjoy!
(btw I think Drekkan is a name I thought up, but I may be wrong! If Drekkan sounds like anything you've seen in a movie or TV show, let me know! Don't wanna get sued...)

That was pretty cool, Rob. I think you should lower the sound a little because my speaker was on hlafway and it almost broke my eardrums :\

"It needs a life meter or something"

It truley suks! if u want to make a fun game make it so you can move or something and make a life meter! Besides the cheat still works. Idk if u can fix that though. oh ya. Sticksuicide is dead now and it says that you are releasing the last JZ episode. Is that true?

this game was terrible. the controls were lagging behind like a chickmunk with its balls dragging on the freaking ground. it was boring as hell. i would never play this game evvvvvvvvvver aagian!!!!!!!!

"Drekkan, Tekken, Schmecken, Peckin', hmm...."

There is a PC game called Drakan, but it is set in Medevil times, so I don't think you have any similarities to worry about. Nice shooter. Can't wait until it's done.
If you are worried about getting sued, put a copyright symbol on your creations (although you don't really need to place a copyright symbol on anything anymore in this country), put a in small statement waiving liability on all those who view the document(to protect yourself), and date it in the beginning somewhere; that way if somebody makes a similar name later and wants to sue you, you will at least have some form of proof online that you were first.
