blind people doesn't use atm... they go to the bank and go clients attention or whatever it's called where u live... and a person assist him or her...

Really, how blind people can use ATM if they can't see what's on the screen? About the password stealing, eh, blinds cannot see, but they have very sharp ears, they could listen if someone is behind them, even if he doesn't breath.
