First off, can we urge you to please play the "Controls" tutorial, its crucial.

After 5 months of work, a lot of which was producing the hand-drawn graphics, the Nightmare has come to Newgrounds.
With 3 levels spanning 50 scenes, 2 minutes of cut scenes, 4 weapons, 16 types of enemy, 6 bosses, over 40 sound effects and 6 music tracks, you'll wonder how we can fit it all in.

Complete the game to unlock the powerful 4th weapon and a bonus minigame.

Thanks to all those who've supported us throughout production (^_^)d

A decent game, but the noise I can do without

The Animation was Imaginative and rather good. You guys did a fair job of utilizing Flash's capabilities. The shooting bunny idea was good...but that's where the game falls short.

You see, introducing a game with a story assumes that the player will:

1. Better understand the motive of play

2. Perhaps get "hyped" to play it.

Your intro did neither, so it was, unfortunately, pointless.

And the music....Oh shit.....Terrible. The kiddieland dream tune is gone with the wind, guys.

Keep at it. Fix those things in your next game and see how much better it'll turn out.

Good work.

Nice Game, but it's got a few problems...

The game gets full points on style, no doubt. It's kind of a dark humor, wherein cute blue bunnies pack handguns and any manner of cute critter on screen could suddenly kill you. In some areas, however, the game is ridiculously easy. Enemies dole out tons of extra lives and health. However, one is thankful for the extra lives when you reach a jumping area. Many of the platforming spots are frustratingly difficult and require as many as five lives to pass on the first time through. The platforms fall about as fast as you do, and so when jumping from one falling platform to a higher falling platform and then to a stable spot you will fall at a speed equal to the second platform and sometimes you will be unable to jump. This annoyed me to no end.

Another area that could use a tweak is the shotgun. For a special weapon with limited ammo I found it pathetic in comparison to my trusty handguns, which I didn't change out until the fourth weapon due to their rate of fire. The shotgun is unweildy, and I can often score four to five or more shots while jumping and firing that I cannot score with the shotgun. Even if the shotgun is three times as powerful as the handgun it fires twice as slow and cannot be used while jumping, making it nearly useless.

The graphics were unsettling for a bit, but I found that they quite added to the game's charm. It was like playing a sick, murderous children's book. The psychological effect was noted.

I found that the game's controls worked great. The use of the mouse in combination with the keyboard allowed for a great system of motion and continued firing, and the bunny's dante-like moves provided not only a laugh but the needed flexibility to allow jumping as a primary evasive action.

I gave the game a one on humor even though it's not humorous. I just found it funny in a dark sort of way.
