"The Hobnobbers" is a new cartoon (hopefully to flourish into a series) about a family consisting of a bulimic daughter (Hortense), a neglected son (Hector) and a lazy mother (MOTHER).
In this episode, Hortense goes off on a stupid adventure for all the wrong reasons and faces consequences.
I've placed subtitles in the movie for your convenience. This is also my first attempt at making a cartoon in Flash, so I hope ya like it.

Very nicely done, laughed my ass off first time I saw it. Good variety of voices and characters fit in so nicely. Definately original and unexpected turn of events, that I like most. Keep up the great work!

Excellent job. This really stands out against most everything that you'll find on Newgrounds. Good characters, voices, and great style. It's the little touches that no one ever puts in their cartoons that make this exceptionl (e.g. the changing from day to night). Great editing, you must have studied some film somewhere, right? Nice, simple and absurd story line.
