For some reason I felt the need to watch more of your "wonderful" videos. Now it's obvious that you have a fairly good knowledge of flash. What doesn't make sense is why just about every video you have produced, the user has to right click and press play. =) Why did it take you SO long to fix this? It's very annoying...as are you.
I'd also like to say how I'm pretty sure that noone cares about your little job at the fabulous luxor hotel. Noone wants to hear you complain. Noone wants to hear about your life, so just stop.
