I don't see the point of this animation. You made him a cock, if you inflate him otherwise he wouldn't be one?
It's somewhat funny, so a 6/10 for the humour, for animation like 3 or 4/10

Pretty funny if that's your poisen, twisted sorta humour.
Graphics are simple and there may as well be no audio but its still worth a quick sort of chuckle.

You don't show any bit of talent in animation but you're clever and this animation was clever and intelligence is what NG lacks(stupid anime)So despite this hypocritical lousy, good-for-nothing-animation, I give it a 10 for your concept.
