Could it be? Yes, it is, Beebo part 7, which is Beebo part 6 part 2, and parts 6 and 7 are the second half of the saga that started in part 4, well, it actually started at the ass end of part 3, but this is the end of all that. So if you haven't you should watch those episodes first.

The best beebo episode.....
...too bad ya shortened it, but i didn't think it would drag on. The part that cracked me up the most was when Harry threatened the other prisioner with the whole "i will beat you like the hairiest, redest, fattest child in the world" thing. But what did harry mean when at the end of the episode, he said "What did i tell you"?

Beebo Cola
Beebo is a funny series...definitally not the best out there...or as good as ytown public...but a worthwhile watch, anyway I think you need to work on your drawing, afterall your seven episodes in....and still suck ( no offense really >>) erm what else is here...voice acting is always good so nothing bad there, theres a major flaw with the panda though...you see pandas are bulletproof, they kick ass and kill stuff, only a grizzly dressed like a panda would die so easy!
I see your making a backstory for why the cat has a beard and smokes...Good for you!
Well =p ill watch the eighth episode when it comes, but not die with anticipation waiting for it.
Final note - - - a cat beating mullet man with a severed arm? BRILLIANT!
