Good tutorial
It's quite a useful lipsynching guide, especially for beginners. After watching though, I realised I essentially knew all this. But still, I've never really tried lipsynching and I'm sure watching this has done me some good. As I said it's great for beginners especially.
As for the layout/design, it was clear and easy to follow, nice and simple. The example you gave was good too. You could have gone as far as chin movements and whatnot, but it was still good, and I think this was more for just the synching of the mouth.
A nice tutorial overall.
