The sound is from an old recording by Leonard Nimoy, and this guy did his own graphics over it, just like LF did. It's no more "stolen" than any other flash that has a song in the background.

Anyway, I won't give you crap about the graphics quality, but I seriously think that you should animate more next time. Even just a little more effort can improve something like this a lot. Anyway, good vibes to you.

...I had to right click and stop the animation to let the sound catch up twice. Aside from that, it was brilliant, but next time, work out your timing a bit better. Good luck!
