Some peoples complaining that it looks to flat.. and that its so basic and what-so-ever .. This is actually really helpfull who does who are new to flash and animate and draw bad.. i know that he can create a much better himself but this is a BEGINNER tutorial.. THanks for this is worked perfect . your my fab author:D

Is there a way to distort the map so the surface looks 3d? The planet you drew still looks flat

Its pretty easy and you explained it very well but... I believe that the continents and the oceans should be on seperate layers.
