Well you weren't very specific on how I can improve. Without good specific criticism or advise I pretty much don't know what to tell you and it can't help me get better. But o well. Hopefully I'm getting better graphically.

I really hate subtitles. Making a flash is hard enough as it is but that doesn't mean I won't do it. Depends on my mood.

Shhhh. It's not an anime. I'd talk about it more but it won't come out for a long time so it seems kind of pointless to talk about it right now and it will take much longer then I expected for me to get it out. Thanks for the support!

Hahhaa. It's true. My female impressions are very limited. My Shampoo is kind of the same pitch as my Kasumi but with a chinese accent and had I done Akane instead of my brother it would have sounded to much like Ranma. And well I just do an awful Nabiki. :D Thanks for the review!
