i really dont kow what to say but here is some advice:

1. make some more movies and try to make better figures or ask for help from some better autors.
2. let people watch youre made movie before you post it to newgrounds. as some sort of check so you surely know its good or you hear some tips so you can improve it right away
3. use more realistic sounds from the serie (i do not support illegal pirating but download an episode or 2 and try to get your sounds from it)

ill think this will greatly help you with more movies and keep the work up ;)
i think you have good potential to be one of the better authors.
