Well here's the deal, I hate anime, i hate it so much that I almost wrote a book on how stupid it is, But this, this was fantastic. I've never seen such Traditional looking Animation on flash, it ran so smooth like a real TV animation, This is probably the only anime that I can say I will be watching for, I am going to keep a sharp Eye out for your work because it is excellent. And if you ever get the chance try some tradition cartoon animation I think you could have a place in that field...

Alright, so I didn't know Lovecraft created the Cthulu character off the top of my head, yet, I was still able to get the joke. If you don't mind pandering to the laymen, I suggest that instead of his grave saying "I am Providence," ot says, "Creator of all that is Cthulu" or some such. Great animation, and such, good joke. Fifen.

Spectacular animation, you don't even have to be a real admirer of Lovecraft's work to pick up on the comedy. Very original, very cool.

My friend just got the Christmas Cthulhu. We stare at it for hours. The dark vacant eyes stare back. We wake up in our beds, covered in blood. Why Great One? Why?

Iam afraid most people wont get the catch of this one. I personally think this was very funny parody. Being familiar with H.P Lovecrafts work i had a good laugh. If you dont understand whats this about go to your library and get some Lovecrafts works so you can know who this "Cutethulhu" person/doll is.

And for the techincal part
Great graphics with smooth animation
Good sound (and btw extra plusses on lip synch)
there wasnt much music but all there were sounded good and clear

Look forward to see some more work from you.

I think the thing that scares me most about this is that I have a friend who actually owns a small plush Cthluhu just that size. He rubs his Dice on it for good luck when playing D&D.

Obviously he was not your target audience! Obviously you need to know Lovecraft to appreciate this. I am a huge H. P. Lovecraft fan and I thought this one one of the best and funniest things I have seen on Newgrounds! I've often wondered myself what Lovecraft would make of the current state of "Cthulhu-ism." Would he be rolling over (or beating his head) in his grave or would he be detatchedly amused by it? I tend a bit more towards the latter, but a plush Cthulhu tea party might make even the most disciplined stoic want to bang his head in frustration. Awesome work!

No, seriously, I don't get the point of this cartoon. It is very well made, but I don't understand what was up with the skeleton or anything.

I was also confused by the absence of tentacled space aliens who break the door down and proceed to gang rape the girls who are actually part of some freaky girl-superhero team. This IS anime, right?
