First off: To whoever said it "was just a guy killing other guys" or whatever you said..*sigh* It's called Lars Fiction, as in Pulp Fiction, which has a very, very famous scene where this happens, all of it, but under different circumstances.

Secondly: It was an OK flash, I could care less about this Napster VS Metallica dispute. I like Metallica music and like, most other people, I know that deep down everyone likes "free" stuff like the music you could download with Napster.

So as a flash movie it was nice, you got the scene from Pulp Fiction almost spot on there, the graphics where awsome and so was the style. And that's what I am rating/voting after, not the dispute of Napster VS Metallica.

Why is it that people like you just don't get it? I'm guessing you think it was a bad thing that Lars shut down Napster.. Well did napster own metallica songs? NO. They were the intellectual property of Metallica. If some morons stole your property would you be pissed? I'm sure you would be.

I would have to say after looking at that. It was good! All you people out their who hate this get over it they suck now! Besides Slayer and Megadeth where alwas better will alwas be better then these guys! Besides all the good songs by metallica where done by Dave. He wrote most of the songs on Master and you know what they didn't give him anything for writing those songs. You can tell dave wrote Leper Messiah you can hear it in the song. All hail Slayer and Megadeath!

I'd personally like to see a little more fluid of animation, but the idea was an honestly original one. The art was quite well-done, but animated somewhat poorly. All in all, enjoyable, but not gonna get a 10.

As for the subject matter? People like metallica and Dr. Dre ruined a good service that helped smaller musicians distribute their music, not to mention larger bands with smaller advertising in certian areas. I don't see a problem with taking a good-natured whack at the greedy bastards who couldn't see past their own problems. I will say that the toon was a touch heavy-handed though.

The humor was in bad taste, but allagorically appropriate. The animation was a bit slow but the characters were drawn very well. Some of the sounds were awkward but worked for their purpose.

Now stop being sensitive pansies and rate the movie on the count of it's a movie and not that it insults your favorite band. Metallica's new sounds suck anyway.

The movie was pretty well made the audio could have been a little less cut and paste but the graphics were really good the movie was amusing.

Little side note also I have NO sympathy at all these whiney rock stars that wonder why we download there music when they want 17$-20$ for a cd and almost 40$ to see a show that there half drunk and playing like sh*t at if I love a band I'll go to there show but I won't pay 40$ or even 30 to here some lame guy talk about how hard it is being famous and rich while the people who really enjoy the music and work hard to buy the cds get lame symphony recordings of rehashed old tune and pay though the nose just to hear the couple good songs that are on the cd sorry lars no gold plated yacht no diamond studded dildo for James METALLICA SUCKS!
