The whole deal with Napster was that they were making money off of others work. Most of the file sharing services out there now are user run and do not make any money. It is against the law for someone to make money off of someone else and not pay them royalties. Please pull yourselves away from your computers for a moment and look it up. It is in the constitution. I will agree that Metallica handled it the wrong way, but they were right. Oh, and people should really learn to spell better and use proper grammer in their reviews. If you don't if makes you look like an idiot.

Metallica should never have done that to napster but they have failed to stop all mp3 transfers - there are more progarams like napster out now but napster is the only one to be took to court - and they are all cool for starting this generation of mp3 programs so we can all get music and videos for affordable prices (free). I hated this, it was a piece of crap, fair play to the person who made it you have some talent but your story sucked, great idea but it still didnt work, and the music at the start was limp bizkit, duh not metallica.
