It isn't that hard at all really. I went through the entire game my first try and never used a shield. The final boss was kinda unproportionally easy though. I think the first boss was harder than him, shorter fight... but still harder.

Nicely done game i liked it. Only problem is that if u repeatedly keep firing the lasers they just disapear which makes it arkward. But thats the only problem with it. Good 1.

there was a cheat for the game so it make the game too easy, when you select your ship press on the letter G then it say unknown ship and then you could have the best equipped ship ever.

it really was a hard game. but it was fun after getting the hang of it. the one thing i didnt like was te sound of the explosion when you died, it was really loud compared everything else. great game to play, but difficult to defeat.

This reminds me of those fighter plane arcade games I love. Too bad they don't make anything like the F4 Tomcat or Somwith Camel anymore...sigh!

It wasn't *that* difficult, but it did take several tries to finally make it all the way through and get the hang of things. Power-ups weren't quite common enough. It was a real bitch to slip up once, die, then never find another power-up for the rest of the game. And when you finally do get the best weapon, it's so big and so bright that you can't see what the hell you're doing. It's also impossible to miss the little white things that turn into big white things when you're packing that baby. Lastly, more powerful weapons weren't more powerful, just bigger. It would've been cool to really tear stuff up--make those rare power-ups really, really worth their rarity.

But I'm just nit picking because nits are the only thing to pick at. It was a great game. Very classic, very stylish. The music wasn't my thing.

The graphics are colorful, the sound effects fitting, the gameplay retro and fun--only problem? THE DAMN THING IS HARD AS HELL!!!
