"Difficult but fun"

Yes, I found this game quite difficult, but it was fun for the time before I was blown to smitherines. It'd be nice to have some shield-like power ups that protect the ship, but then again I didn't get that far so I don't know if there are already any in the later levels. Anyway, keep up the good work :)

Wow. Unbaleviable. this is one of the best games on newgrounds. Classic, arcade style shooter, very difficult, addictive... The only thing I have against it: the button to activate the shield and the bomb are hard to reach in relation to the spacebar. Other than that, this game rules!
When does the second one come out?

Okay, this has got to be the best game I've played on Newgrounds in a while, but I've just GOT to know what the password is. It's drivin' me nuts. I've even tried typing in 'password' at the prompt.

Hey really good game. Although very hard, I finished it!!! Anyways, it was really cool and the music was matching with it. Hey you should do a sequel, with more levels and powerups. I'm sure some people will agree with me that this game is the best Shoot-em up game on Newgrounds.

This was a good time waster, though, it also is just a good game overall. It kept me entertained, and it isn't as difficult as the author says it is, but it still presents enough of a challenge where you want to keep playing it.
Bottom line...well, heck, even if you're not bored, you should play this game.

*Note to Author: Make power ups more frequent, unless there is some pattern to have that possible and I didn't figure it out.

That was GREAT! I VOTE 5. I got some big guns too! But if you want it to be better. Don't make it so simetrical. But some random shoots from unlikly places. Have people shoot from other places than front and work on a side and strafe gun.

This is fantastic! I would love to know how to write games like this. Action scripting is a complete mystery to me so far but if there are some easy to follow books out there Id love to know.

My only gripe about this game is the innability to change the keys around. I find the shiled button to be too far away from everything else, but thats just me. Also the fact that the lasers will cut out if you fire again while the first are in mid-flight. Know what I mean? Makes it impossible to do rapid fire. If you could change that and maybe limit the player to 6 shots on the screen at once or something this would be a definate 10.

Awesome job though. Im very impressed.

the other dudes before me were right, I JUST beat the game and there still wasn't a code...
what's with that? besides that i couldn't find any ''secrets''......besides the bonus level and the following...
( if you get to the boss& get killed a lot and p*ssed off and want to see the ending without having to go through the whole thing another time, then at the ''game over'' screen AT the final boss you can just right click and hit ''play'' then either the background should change colors and you'll have to hit ''play'' a couple more times, or it'll just take you to the ending right away depending on how much you hurt him...no thanks necessary...=) )
but that 'glitch' wasn't one of the ''secrets'' you wanted us to find, i'm sure....
otherwise an over-all good game( nice and challenging...=) ) I actually DID beat the boss to see the ending the first time but he killed me the second time...;-;
and there still wasn't a code through the whole thing, a bit disheartening that is...
make MANY more games like this and keep up the good work!
