Even though the music still seems too loud, you did a much better job with both the animation and the plot. Definately a vast improvement over the first.

The first was much better...also, everyone has to stop with the DBZ/Matrx spoofs. They are not funny anymore!!!

Overall, I felt you went a little too far with this submission. I know its not easy making a story, but this one could've been worked on a bit more.

Woah. Since when can the RCR dudes knock guys through buildings with Goku-style power blasts? I like the original, basically realistic style of RCR better, personally, but I guess it was a unique touch. I liked this one better than the first for several reasons, reasons that I'm not going to go into. You'll just have to ponder, since I know the mystery of the details of my decisions will keep you awake at night. Bwahahaha!

Not as good as the first, but it's still really great. I think if you lost the DBZish style and stuck with a style more like the style in the first, it would be perfect. I liked that you got Ryan into this one as well.
