So you've managed to get a few people together from Newground or whever and then got them to sign up to your sight, with the promise that everything they submit would get voted 5 on by your /crew/ this is actually quite sad the way you get your flash animation (if you can even call it that) to survive for more then 30 minutes here by having everyone at the ready for the moment you hit submit to start voting 5 at the late hours of the night while other people that know good stuff when they see it are most likely sleeping. Stop submitting these half assed /group/ effort clips.
