There are many fire tutorials on Newgrounds, but none of really had well drawn, well animated flames. Until yours came along.

You flames are well drawn and very well animated! Not to mention that you clearly explain how to draw each individual frame, even someone like me who is a bit learning impaired found this easy to follow.

Great job, and I hope to see more of your tutorials in the future.

at first i thought this was a game (lol) then i found out it was a tutorial. I gave this a 6 because i don't make my own flash vids and stuff like that so it was useless to me. (No offence) but if i did make flash vids and draw stuff like that i would give this a 10/10

Well, when we get to the second frame, do we free transform it and add the little ember growing off the flame? Or do we make a whole new flame? If I ever have to make fire, I would go with the first idea. I hate having to make things, its easier to just animate what you have. You also could've shown what you meant by "arm".

Sorry, but this really wasn't much more help than the first.
