This was a good car customization game. You could customization just about everything I wanted to change around, and there were lots of neat combinations to work with. I especially like that you added lots of effects such as weather and traffic. A good game, with lots of good options.

"Nice selection of customisation"

This was pretty good for a pimping game. The car drove along to a city backdrop while you make adjustments here and there such as changing the colour, window tint, add bumpers and more. The choices were pretty good and the interface made it very easy to use. One thing however which was odd was how the music cut out after a while and never came back. That's the only real problem, everything else worked reasonably ok.

"Cool!"

I like it! The actions were a good idea, the graphics are awesome, but the only problems I had were that the bg didn't loop properly and that the customization was limited. Other than that, great job!

"Love the music choice! [751]"

date: October 13, 2008

I'm a huge Crystal Method fan, and Keep Hope Alive is one of my faves, right up there with Trip Like I Do, Vapor Trail, and Dublicious Groove, so GREAT music choice.

2 criticisms related to that, though:

A) the edit you used kinda blows. It's too short, loops badly, and has some vocal sample of a guy going "ahhhhh" or something, which is weird... is it from a live club set or something?
B) you didn't credit Crystal Method! It's not that hard to slap a credit there on the flash page, especially if you aren't going to inside the flash. A lot of people might want to know what band the music's by, but they'll have to ask you now (or see this review, hopefully).

Anyway, aside from those two awesome-music-choice-related issues, it's a fairly decent "pimp my ride" flash. Variety in scrolling backgrounds, all the usual colour choices + decals, rims, glass ting, etc. etc. You didn't scrimp on the details, yet your take on this genre is a bit more lighthearted than most I see that are quality, so I liked that as well. Good job all around. Please take my advice, though, and swap in a better clip of Keep Hope Alive and ESPECIALLY credit Crystal Method already!

"It's ok"

date: October 13, 2008

The animation is real nice and slick. Everything works like it should. It's just that there really isn't much there other than click a button and watch the screen. It's be spectacular if there were more to it, but it is one of the smoother games I've played.
