Compared to the first one, it's better. Good idea putting the subtitles up when the guy talked because I couldn't understand him too well. The dialog he spouted was a bit interesting, and in one snippet I actually said 'WTF' out loud to myself.

I still dont quite grasp the angle you've got with this, but this episode made my think of a very dry Monty Python.
