"cool but has some flaws"

I like the zombie-massacre games, so I like this too. It's very simple and still very good. But there are some really annoying things in it, wich sould be fixed:
- The last shot never hits! It's one of the most annoying things in the game, especially by those guns with few shots!
- The zombies always charge when searching and reloading! Even when there are none around, when the last shot is fired at least one women runs at me with a mad scream! I don't see what was the point in making this feature, becouse that's just makes the game less good!
- When the shift key should be used, any key works! This makes me automatically lose the challenges, becouse they pop up while I fight the zombies, and so, befor I could even see there is a challenge I lost it becouse I press the space or an arrow key!
- Collecting useless staff. It's actually a good idea, to collect staff to negotiate yourself trough the barricades, but it's messed too, becouse I have to give all my things anyway, wether the guy finds it useful or not, I can pass even if I have only a weapon, and I always get the same weapon to the next level, so there is no point in collecting things.
