Being a helpful user, well I don't care for the EGB and NGPD its not my cup of soup but you guys can have fun over there. You just need Little Washu fanboys and all the rule breaking flash will be flagged and not go passed judgment.
I think being a helpful user would to be setting n00bs straight and getting rid of the idiots that won't change also known as the blind sheep.
Trolls are good to have on the BBS they liven up the forums and make people laugh. Ah ha. How not to be Trolled is a great idea for the next flash by the Fro and EGB boys productions. Because the n00bs and new users here are easy to troll they need to be educated. An extensive guide instead of the just ignore them routine won't work for the easily trollable users.

The flash was a great guide and very informative. Interactive 10 out of 10. Here's to another great guide. Here here.

"Pretty nice"

This was a nice helpful guide, good for a few pointers.
The graphics are great, as well as nice music choice.
The interface was easy to use.
However, I didn't like the bad quality of the examples, of the copied images, although it didn't really affect what was the image proving.
I felt like it described about clubs too much O_o. I mean, just because you are not in one of those clubs doesn't mean you are helping NG. Same goes vice versa.
BTW, you should also give some advice on submitting flashes, like what proper place to submit a demo, and also if you're submitting a flash to NG that's not spam, you're already helping NG by supporting its purpose.

While this is a great way to encourage people to take part in NG more, there are a couple things it could do with:

Firstly, it could've done with mentioning the Google advanced trick when the search bar doesn't work. For those that don't know what I'm on about: go to Google, and hit the 'advanced search' option. At the bottom there's a 'search within site or domain' box. Type/paste "http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/" into that box (minus the " " symbols), and then enter your keywords into the top search box.
This is good for finding things that can't be found by the search bar, or things that are buried in hundreds of pages of results.

Also: you're right, it is a bit text heavy. Considering most of the text-walls are copied from their relevant places on NG, a simple summary would've sufficed here (and if people would want to know more, the links to the full explanations are right there).

All that said, it remains a very good flash. I wouldn't have found half of the stuff it pointed me to on my own.

This is very helpful, even for me! Well done on making it it will help users a lot!

- The whole tutorial idea was great!
- The music went along great!
- The layout of the tutorial was very good (Easy to navigate etc.)
- I learned a lot from it

- It was a bit too much writing so some users may not like that.

- Although I did like all of the writing because it was written very very well, some users may not want to read the writing so therefore will miss bits. Maybe condense it a little?

"Great! It helped me..."

Quality of visuals: 8/10
Nothing really needed to be said, pretty simple graphics, nice and easy to read the information. My suggestion is that you make, say, a more colourful background. Also, a few of the images are a bit crummy, but otherwise very good.

Quality of audio/music: 9/10
Who doesn't like a bit of ParagonX9? Nothing else to really say here. You could make a button sound, but that's being pretty picky.

Quality of content: 10/10
Self-explanatory. Information goes into great detail, and it's easy to follow. Tells you basically everything you need to know when you join here. It was, surprisingly, not boring and persuades the reader to do good things. That's how I came about to write a review like this.

Every person should come here and have a look. There may be some things that they didn't know about Newgrounds.
Impressive work overall!

A very helpful flash for new users and regulars alike!

Graphics 6/10- Nothing to rave about here. Very basic, but at the same time, full of simplicity.

Music 7/10- A classic tune, if nothing else. Maybe next time have a music bar! You know have a bunch of songs? It'll offer alot more selection. ;)

Content 10/10- Ah, the main meat of the flash was very well explained and detailed. Going into alot of groups that help Newgrounds. Very informative here. Perhaps explain other concepts such as whistle points, B/Ping, depositing. But then again, that could all be seen in the FAQ.

Anyways, nice flash work guys! :D

"A fine tutorial."

I have to say that this is one of the most useful tutorials I have seen on Newgrounds. I watched it when it was first released and at that time I really needed to improve on my reviews and BBS posts, if you checked my posts at around that time you would see why. This Flash really was helpful and was what inspired me to join the NGPD and (just several days ago) the NGDD. Although there wasn't much of them, the graphics were well made and set out well. If you two are going to be carrying on making these flashes or similar I would like to contribute to them as much as possible as I found them so helpful. If one of you want to carry on though the other doesn't just try to contact me via PM or user page.

I feel that there could be a section on each of the NG forums to help people post their threads in the right section, as just not telling people to post their threads into the right section may not be enough for many users, they might want extra information on each of the boards. I would also suggest making small updates, maybe once a month, nothing more.

This was all pretty nice, although the info was covered in a lot of other guides. Even so so, anyone has a different way of how to put this, so this was still very helpful.

I liked how you put links to users who write helpful reviews, I'm starting to do this too, so some examples can be really helpful!
It was also nice how you listed info on some of those clubs back there(though, I still don't plan on joining them).

You could of made the layout a bit better and more detailed, and(maybe) add a jukebox, to select diferent soundtracks.

Overall, very helpful, a few of that info I already know, but still.
I'm glad you took the time to make this, good luck!
