It makes you think about disease and death in real life. This could happen, and it already is. It also provides an unseen chalenge of making sure it's deadly while at the same time invisible. And I don't know about you but I found it difficult. A very intelligent game, newgrounds needs more of em'.

Pandemic II is awesome! The disease upgrading and spreading gameplay really works for me.It's also quite fun and addictive to play and it can teach you what different symptoms do.

awesome game, really interesting and addicting xD... the key to destroy madagascar and the whole world is to remove the symptons from the disease... then you just wait until every region is infected...

A FEW RECOMENDATIONS (I might not have seen these yet but you know, ive only gotten to tier 3) blindness, mood swings (Causes extreme anger, possibly fights and riots.) thats my suggestions, awsome game, but when i got the vacine, U.S. AFRICA and EAST UROUPE was wiped out :D
