Kind of tricky, it's not a game, but it isn't a movie. It is interactive though, so that pretty much qualifies as a game.

As far as tutorials done in Flash, you can't get much better than this. I liked how it showed the actual movements. All in all, this was simply an idealistic way of doing a tutorial. Good job.
