I found one out of two secret guitars. Its called a Key-bored. Just miss 1000 notes on any song, and you will unlock it. Im sorry but I forgot how to get the other secret guitar. (This game does need medals!)

It's pretty fun, too. The music is good, the improved graphics are good, and the overall gameplay is simple and easily comparable to Guitar Hero.
