From a gameplay standpoint, it takes way too long to kill grunts as well as bosses. This feels like it could be a really solid platform shooter if you tweaked some things here and there. A few suggestions:

- Both guns aren't very strong. I'd recommend either halving enemy health or putting in a weapons upgrade system in a later version of the game. A lot of the bosses can be killed by just standing in the right spot and blasting them, but it takes forever because the guns are so weak. Which leads me to my next gripe:

- Bosses are a bit of a chore. Please consider cutting their health down. It doesn't really add to the difficulty for them to have that much health. If you wanted to give the player's a challenge, you could try changing up their attack patterns. A lot of the enemies/bosses seem to just run at the player and occasionally melee attack. Mix it up a little.

Some of them are also kind of unfair in their attacks. For instance the floating robots two arm guns fire too fast to really be dodgeable. A player can jump over the first one but the landing is too slow to dodge the second one. The robot's second attack with the afterburners is also kind of cheap. Not in the attack itself but in two problems that arise because of it.
1.) The space between the burners is too small to maneuver safely. It's easy to run with him when he's going to the side but once he starts heading in the opposite direction it's far too easy to get stuck inside a flame.
2.) It would be helpful if the robot had some kind of "tell" as to when he was going to do his afterburner attack. For the duration of the fight I found myself just sitting under his head just in case. The player has two choices in this fight: Cage himself under the robot's head just in case he does that attack or get fried. Anything from some glowing eyes to beeping before he does the attack would help tremendously.

Ok, so that's my two cents. All in all a fun game that could really be a solid shooter if you reworked a few things here and there. Also, as someone else mentioned the game could use some bugtesting to help hammer out a few problem areas. Keep at it though. You're really doing a good job.

"Meh."

Very nice design, but very buggy. Sometimes I couldn't pick up coins, a few monsters just wouldn't die, and it ran very slowly on the LOWEST quality setting, while my computer has a huge amount of memory and a top-notch video card. Either way, nice idea.

Killed last boss. Nothing happend. Can't finish level. Gate won't open. Stuck. No save function --> not gonna do that all over again.

Ah and I had -1 ammo on one of the guns.

It was fun playing and the design was cool and all. It was a bit buggy though and the monsters could have died a little easier. More monsters with less health would have been more entertaining.

Well at the first level end where the "boss" appears...well it didnt. just his health-bar. thats ALL. stuck there :(

plus enemies are tricked too easy... never got hit once

"Good Engine, Content needs work"

Well, yeah, the engine is pretty good. Your regular point-with-mouse-to-kill-platformer-s tuff, not much to say about that.
The graphics fit as well and are nice to look at.

However, things go downhill from there.
The sound is annoying. Yeah, that "ouch!"-sound is nice if someone dies, but dont f*** play if everytime someone is hit. Thats just annoying! "AUAUAUAUAUAUAaaaahaUAhaua" *ears bleed*

Furthermore, the game is not balanced.
At first, the enemies are dumb, as someone noted already. Sit on a box and shoot him in the head while he does ... nothing? Or, just keep jumping around him while shooting him. No chance either. And furthermore, it takes AGES to kill a single enemy. I mean, ok, enemies that go down in 1 hit suck, but like 25? ... Thats unfun, especially if the enemies pose no threat at all.
Second, the sandbox-mode is a nice idea, however, the enemies spawn too slow and dont give enough money. Yeah, one enemy in there give 5 creds, woo. In the beginning of level5 I can get like 30 - 40 creds within 5 seconds.
However, the money wasnt really necessary, because you didnt really need the big guns (at least, until level 6 where I stopped), because... see above... and the maximum ammo upgrade? fuck that. No need for that.

So, you really should put some work into the threat of the enemy (at least make them jump on boxes!), their health, the effectiveness of guns and the sandbox mode or this is just boring.

I cant really enjoyed it, beacause the game was in WASD mode, please the next time, think about the foreigner that are on newgrounds and include the arrow Keys, awesome work anyway :)
