It would have been nice if you could have matched up the button pushing of the hands with the movement of the Mario character, but I'm sure that would have been really hard. I really like the idea though. Maybe focus up a little closer on the DS screen once in a while, so we can get a better view of wht's going on.
When I first watched it, I wondered if Mario was going to run off of the DS, or pop out of it somehow. A cool ending would have been for him to get hit by an enemy, go flying towards the screen and break out of it, ripping the DS. Just a thought.
The music was nice, and went well with the video.
Overall, very well orchestrated, good job! Also very original, which is very nice.

nice idea and well executed!

probably would've been a good idea to add a mask cause some of the level comes out of the box, but aside from that, excellent job..

I'm suprised you don't have a job coming up with new handheld ideas for Nintendo, who wouldn't want a Paper Mario edition DS? Do you plan on making any other handhelds/consoles?

That was fantastic! At first I though it was just going to be a how-to for drawing a DS, but the video was really good. Love the animations and love that you moved the DS around while animating it. You got the skills.
