its kinda good game but we have to be particular..
we have to do faster walknig and during the battle phase.
pretty much better if we could have an auto save for this one!!

"Good game"

for an experiment its pretty good but there could be a few changes

1. make some sort of run thing
2. speed up the battles a little bit
3. be able to have some sort of block key or sequnce of keys

but everything else its pretty good and i just got into coding myself so i know its pretty hard..... x = x + 5;

"Grind-tastic"

And that's not a good thing. I spent over four hours of play time and towards the end I could be bothered to level everyone up to the point where all powers were found, but I still managed to beat the last boss... barely.

Everything else about the game was good, the music, the story...ect, but the level grinding makes the likelihood I'll ever replay this game close to zero.

I'll happily play a sequel to D'sova, but I'm not going to play this game again just for an additional tibit you may or may not add to the game at a later date.

Oh yeah, and an ingame mini-map would've been nice instead of flipping between game and site to try and guess where I am.

"Minor Suggestions"

The first ones have to do with the battles. First, you can get into a battle even when you're standing still. If you beat one battle and then don't move, you'll end up in another about ten seconds later. I guess this is more true to how it would "really" be, but it feels off. Secondly, the frequency of battles feels a bit too high. There's nothing wrong with the battles themselves, but anything that gets repeated too much is bound to get old. I'd say make the battles less frequent, make the areas smaller, or make the character move faster. Third, you should definitely replace the sound effect that plays when you enter a battle with something better-sounding. A guitar? Trumpet? Drums? Something that's not a person going "DOOdledooloodoo..."

Also, souldn't there be a "defend" battle option?

Two other things I think you could improve are the map and the collision detection with walls. It just feels weird to have a map that you have to go to another website to look at. It would seem more natural for it to be in-game. You might also want to make it only show a map of the current area instead of that area and all of the areas connected to it. As for the walls, the game goes choppy when you walk into one and then it "teleports" you away from the wall a bit. I think it should just stop you.

Everything else is just wonderful, though!

"awesome, but..."

Well it was really great, fun and everything, until i got to the library scene, where i had to go through the whole f'in area twice, butchering the same mobs, doing all the same. That part was boring.
I still give you a 9 and a 5 for this, because it's one of the best rpgs out there, especially because it has a great story, well-defined characters and a lovely atmosphere.

Keep up the good work!
