I thought it was funny, but I agree that the mom should have died and the kid roams the streets killing all in his quest for the ovaltine

I got the joke about 10 seconds in, nothing exceptionally funny happened. It was violent, but not over the top so it just seemed a little dull. She had a black eye from being threatened with a knife? Why was it "one week later" when it seemed like we just came back 5 minutes later? The ending shot was pretty good, but overall just dull. Next time push the violence over the top (if that's your thing).

It was good but I do like the other guys idea of having the kid go on a killing spree to get more ovaltine...then you could have ended it with "Kids will kill for that rich chocolaty taste of ovaltine." LOL!

I suppose it was kinda funny... Nothing too special though... You could've had the kid finish her off and just run to the store on a mad killing spree. Now that, would be funny.
