Lvl 23. The only reason i stopped was because i got tired. Great game, and i can see myself killing the hours with it.

It's an interesting idea, but needs to be made less monotonous and more challenging. A time limit or score would be good. Maybe if the virus particles reproduced, or antidote cells shrunk on each bump with a virus. The fact that big antidote cells use the same amount of antidote as small cells should probably be fixed, too...

Just my 2 cents...
