Killed me. I never thought you would EVER make the front page with all your crap you posted before, but I don't beleve it. Great making it to the front page and daily 5'th, and yeah it's hard to make a flash... I made one but it sucks. and to prevent humiliation im never going to post it. well, you did somthing that I never thought was going to happen. 4/5.

I have been waiting a month for this, and I am not disappointed. Everyone did a nice job with the graphics, and the voices were great. Will Tom A. Green succeed in finding the tape like he succeeded in becoming #1 in the world at Dead Rising? Only time will tell.

Honestly I'm impressed. Usually stuff from the SS is just lame attempts to get points, and just takes up space on Newgrounds. But you've made something with a plot that moves forward, makes sense, and was half decently presented.
I was expecting bad, but you proved me wrong. Guess you guys can make a film if you want to. Hope you do more often.

"dilly dally"

The 400.5th incarnation of dailytoons is like no other edition of the franchise. it may not have the huge burst of energy that 200 has, but this ditty kept me intrigued the whole time. it's hard to truly evaluate this without the conclusion, but the atmosphere is the strongest aspect by far. i'm a bit mad at myself for not putting forth any effort to contribute, but i wouldn't have done so well with black and white.

This is a sub-par flash on its own. However, the way it was presented was unfitting.

Globs and globs of seizure-spam flashes submitted for dailyday4, and then the main attaction is... a serious noir flash?? wtf?

the animation was ok I guess, and the storyline... meh
You complain about how everyone loves mario/sonic/megaman etc flashes, yet get pissed off when they don't like yours. Using some logic, I think you should pile up on the overused themes if you love your score so much.

I admire your teamwork, but this was just not enjoyable in my opinion, sorry.

"Overrated"

No offence, but I just didn't like it. All this hype... for this?

Storyline:
Not very good. A few humorous parts, but it seemed to be crammed with dull inside jokes. (which explains all the blind 10s below me). And the plot was kinda twisted about, there could have been more foreshadowing and hidden details, rather than "This happens, lol k now this happens, alright now this happens and now the story will be continued." Body language, etc.

Art & Animation:
Good enough, seemed lazy on some parts, others it seemed great. Some where funny but steered away from the noir theme.

Sound:
Fitting, some more bg sounds and music would be good though. I think it hurt the individual parts how the same person narrated them all. He knew what he would animate for each event, but individuals may have other ideas.

Overall:
It could be a lot better, given the time and artists contributing.

"A real let down."

I was really expecting something great when I saw the number of authors and the description. The preloader was nice (I enjoyed the sound too), and some of the drawings blew me away. However, the second Tom A Green started moving I was repelled. All the time spent on the drawing; to tween an arm as it it where broken.

I can understand if some of the animation was for comedic value, but the theme suggested you where trying to avoid that. The only piece of animation that stood out was when pops put the pot of whatever on the counter. It made the rest look no better than a sprite flash with really nice sprites.

Try harder on the animation next time, because it killed this one :(
